The outline for the Sept. 22 torts lecture is posted on OnCourse.  Please print off a copy before class.  Also, please print off a copy of the waivers that are also posted.  After I lecture on torts, we will discuss Bearman v. Notre Dame and Maussner v. Atlantic City Country Club.  Please make sure you read both before class.
