The WAC has sued Nevada and Fresno State.  I have yet to obtain a copy of the complaint, but will be interested to see how the (apparent) specific performance claim is argued.

The Sports Law Blog has covered this issue in-depth over the course of the past year.  However, I just had a chance to read (and listen to) the Yale Law Journal Online piece by Aaron Zelinsky that treats the issue.  Highly recommended.  Very informative.  More history than I was aware.
