Marquette is hosting its annual sports law conference later this month.  Details are here.  I attended in 2006 and really enjoyed it.  I hope to attend again next year.

Please read the two Title IX cases before class on October 6, 2009.  We will discuss both after a short lecture on Title IX and related issues.  The lecture outline is posted on OnCourse.
