L201 Business Law - Case Brief Assignment

I just finished grading the written case brief assignment.  The average score was 13.23 (out of 15).  Twenty-eight (28) students earned perfect scores.  Failure to follow directions was the primary reason students lost points.  I will hand back graded copies of your case brief at some point in the next two weeks.

Please read Chapter 17 for class on December 3, 2008.  You can skip Managed Health Care v. Kethan, Perry Drug Stores v. CSK Auto, and the Problems at the end.

As you know, the case brief assignment is due November 24, 2008 at 10:30AM.  You can turn it in earlier if you want.  When you hand in your case brief assignment, please remember to print off the case brief assignment and actual case on double-sided paper.  You can hand it in during class or during my office hours.  Please staple the case to the back of your case brief.
